They sent the wrong order and the driver tried to pressure me to accept it; I very politely told him that I didn't like what they had sent and didn't want to accept it. Another staff member then turned up with a similar (but still not correct) order and was very aggressive, accusing me of being rude to the driver without even asking me what happened. When I politely suggested that she look into it and speak to both of us before accusing me she refused to, and said; "No, I believe him". She was extremely aggressive and totally dismissive of hearing what I had to say. I'm very shaken by this nasty encounter which I did nothing to provoke. I am really upset that someone would turn up to my home and speak angrily to me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I'm shaking. Used to be good for at a reasonable price. I normally order using the app and its ready by the time I get there. Tried to use the app a couple of weeks ago for it to say that they were closed until March 2022.

So, took the chance and drove in to order. I arrived to be faced with all new faces behind the counter and the main menu jacked up in price. The only items that I could tell hadn't gone up were the kids meals, which I was going to buy anyway.

Ordered the food and paid. I had ordered some kids Bartered pizzas and when they came out of the fryer, they were only a 1/4 of a pizza instead of the usual 1/2 pizza and trays were being prepared for the food that were equally as small so I assume the chip portion is also reduced.

I went in and asked for a single sausage supper and a single fish supper and was told that the sausage was 2 sausages, I said I only wanted one then to be told they come with 2 I said I had been given one with just one sausage before the girl behind the till just blanked me really and didn't ask anyone if that was possible so I said just leave everything then.
