Wouldn’t recommend this place to everyone that has kids and also if you’re disabled! My daughter picked up a cup at the price £2.89 but at the tills staff said it’s an error and said it’s £30! My daughter being autistic just said but they are all £2.89 he shot her down and shouted I know it’s a typo! And she replied with well they shouldn’t be out then and that’s just her being honest and autistic. Staff was rude towards my daughter with autism after that! They forgot about her drink in Her own cup as it was just sitting there empty! Gave me mine and it was like dishwashing liquid! I went and asked about where my daughters is and they where like oh ok darling we forgot! Like really? After they made it it’s half full and stunk to high heaven! That was not a coffee! Reported this to head office who are so shocked by this incident they gave me and my daughter free drinks at a different Starbucks! If you are in the area avoid this place please before you get a bad drink and service from here! We now stop at the fantastic Starbucks dunblane as there staff are so much nicer towards kids and the disabled and you get fantastic coffee too! We went there after this horrible incident and they gave me and my daughter free coffee and cake and showed me how to report this incident to head office and also Starbucks dunblane is cheaper...
Read moreANOTHER UPDATE: this is persistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. In addition to regularly running out of oat milk and almost never having cold brew, they are UNFATHOMABLY slow, as in it took 17 minutes to receive my drink after ordering, even when there is a full complement of 4 personnel behind the counter. It genuinely boggles the mind.
The service is always polite but I simply cannot wrap my head around how/why this place is constantly "out" of cold brew. I don't believe you ran out of cold brew at 8:30 AM on a Sunday - that's called "we didn't make any cold brew". Just lazy. If I wanted an iced americano I could go to ANY other coffee shop. Cold brew is your unique offering, so not having it available is just inexcusable. Extremely disappointing that this is my closest available Starbucks.
UPDATE: just to add to my previous review, they now routinely just abandon the drive thru without warning, leaving you sitting in your car at the speaker waiting to have your order taken for extended periods of time. Other days they'll exclusively prioritise the drive thru and ignore customers inside. You really can't...

Location good. Conveniently situated for the town and motorway. Nice modern building, with good views of the local scenery
Staff and service reasonable. Friendly and quick enough
Cappuccino was poor. Tasted like cheap coffee, with powdered milk !
No ice for cold drinks (previously reported) ... Get an ice machine !
Layout & style of seating poor. Some diner style comfortable booths would be better than the low, awkward, Scandi style tables and chairs. Perfect height for primary school kids
Overall pretty standard coffee shop fair, with potential ...
... However ... CLEANLINESS... The staff should be watching and carrying out regular cleanliness checks and cleaning to keep the place spotless and preventing it becoming a pig-sty ... Two of the tables & chairs + floor were covered in crumbs and rubbish left by the last scummie occupants and were not very inviting
Overall not horrendous, but needs attention to detail. Will visit again and hopefully any teething issues will be sorted
Currently ranks comfortably behind the nearby...
