Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Arrived today at 0830. Waited in queue for 10 mins only to find that there was no breakfast items as staff members had forgotten to put them on . Staff arguing amongst themselves. No alternative either as sandwich cabinet was empty. Staff continue to argue whilst I left empty handed ....

The worst Greggs ever and I’ve tried almost everyone! Staff seemed happy to be working (not) very little actually ready or stocked. The worst roll bacon ever - who would actually serve that (the supervisor did!) while on his phone. Don’t bother...

Note left on counter - back 5 min, waiting longer, no sandwiches of any kind left, no hot food, no sauces, scotch pie stone cold, really nice coffee tho' If this is a franchise they need to up their game - this is not...
