I have visited many times with my partner and my dog and have never had any issues. Today there was a Karen in store who took a disliking to us as soon as we walked in it was written over her face. I went to order and my partner went to sit in the hidden corner with our dog. Karen proceeded to complain that a dog was in the same store as her and we were asked to leave. We were not the only people in the store with a dog 😅 but for some reason we were singled out to leave after 2 minutes, I didn't even get the chance to collect my full order before been asked to leave. I have a placid golden retriever who wasn't bother anyone and was happily sitting in the corner waiting for her pupcup. 5 minutes after we left the store, Karen also left and her husband proceeded to reverse his car out into oncoming car without looking as if he owned the road and that honestly sums the type of people they are to a tee!
I understand that not everyone is comfortable around dogs that is why we don't sit near anyone and keep her away from everyone. That fact we were lied to that the store doesn't allow dogs, when previously we have been in before and there was another dog in store was a complete joke.
I will happy never be back to this store after been singled out...
Read moreUnprofessional and unfriendly staff. Very disappointing experience tonight at this Starbucks (Order #11500). We were 5 friends, and the staff were extremely unprofessional — one in particular was outright disrespectful. She accused us of something we never did — leaving our table dirty — which is absolutely false and unfair. We always respect the place, yet she chose to treat us with hostility instead of basic courtesy.
Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not falsely accused or spoken to in such a rude manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a very negative impression. Starbucks should ensure their staff are trained to handle customers properly — tonight’s attitude was far below the standard expected from a...
Read moreI used to like Starbucks Polmadie, I generally go in earlier in the mornings, this morning however is the last I will ever set foot in the place. Why when I’m the only person in the queue do I have to give my name? Costa, Greggs or the whole host of other coffee shops don’t require you to give a name. The “manager” informed me that they are a real Coffee shop and you only pay 2 pound for a coffee in Greggs, the relevance I fail to understand. She did give me one good bit of advice “you don’t need to come in if you don’t want to” Advice I will take and vote with my feet. Oh and on another topic, just watch that the customer your talking about to your employees can’t hear what your...
