UTTER JOKE OF A RESTAURANT
Ok so I know that the odd mistake happens, however this is the sixth time in the last six visits that my order has been wrong. Tonight's visit is the worst however. I ordered a fillet meal, and asked for the fillet burger to only have cheese and lettuce, no mayo and a stacker meal. When my order number was called, I politely asked the member of staff who was bagging my order to double check that the fillet burger had only lettuce and cheese, no mayo. She checked inside the box for me and confirmed that it was correct. After getting to the car, I check the bag and low and behold, there was only one fries!!! So I returned and informed them, they happily gave me the fries I had ordered. The best was yet to come......... When I arrive home with the food, I start to plate it up, bringing the fillet burger out first, and I was frankly seething with anger at what I saw. A fillet burger with only lettuce and Mayo. NOT THE BURGER WITH ONLY CHEESE AND LETTUCE THAT THE MEMBER OF STAFF ASSURED ME I HAD AFTER CHECKING IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME 😡😡😡😡
This place is a complete and utter joke, and the staff need to be trained properly to do their job, this place is far from cheap, on average £12-£13 for two meals, is it too much to ask to get what I ordered??? I like the food from KFC but the standard of service that the Falkirk restaurant delivers is quite possibly the worst I have ever...
Read moreI went here on my lunch break yesterday for a vegan burger. As I pulled up, the place was covered in banners advertising the product, so in I drove. After 15 minutes in the line, I got to the window and was told 'we don't do those any more' which is fine, but at least take the banners down because I could order literally nothing else from the menu.
The 2 stars are to recognise that you are open and that the staff are working hard, plus the fact that the chain attempted to cater for vegans and vegetarians.
If the reason for not selling them anymore is hat they didn't sell well (which it should have because it was a tasty burger when you did sell them) might I suggest making it possible to have as a meal with fries that are suitable for vegitarian/vegans? Otherwise, £5 for a nice, but small burger with a drink seems a bit much in comparison to the twister meal for example. Before I became vegitarian, that was my go-to.
To summarise, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and returned...
Read moreMy daughter and her friend have just been in to purchase food after school finished and prior to their gym visit. They sat down to eat their meal, a staff member came up to them and advised them that they cant eat their food in the restaurant because they are school age and not accompanied by an adult, they would need to take their food outside! These are two 14 year old girls who have been allowed to purchase KFC food but they are unable to eat the food inside, I think that is absolutely shocking, so now they are having to eat their meal in the rain, I find this completely unacceptable that you have thrown my child out of your establishment. We will never be back to KFC, two quiet children wanting to enjoy a meal together and chat, because they have a school tie on they are thrown out, shame on you KFC! If this is policy then this is awful, the school day was...
