Went with my wife, amazing low key friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent flavours were delicately spiced and we both loved what we got. Staff were fast and efficient and we were served very quickly after our Initial starters. Everything was clean and nicely decorated with good ambience. All the other diners were warmly welcomed and a larger family gathering out for a birthday celebration had a small child and a new baby also seemed to be very pleased. Was also pleased to see a baby change area situated close to the main room and a mother breastfeeding with no fuss. Everyone seemed very happy with their meals and service , when we asked about the wonderful food arrangements the owners wife showed us videos of how everything was prepared and was more than happy to spend a few minutes asking how we and our meal was. Far too many servers have a false smile and a quick how is everything and away again. As this is the longest review I have ever posted for a restaurant and I would now put this as my new No1 Falkirk restaurant I now have far higher standards to hold and measure for all other restaurants. Only bad point I had was Prices were more to the occasional visit but still more than reasonable for the quality of the service offered. Will now be telling everyone just where to go...

I visited this restaurant this evening, drawn in by the promise of delicious Thai cuisine. And let me tell you, the food was indeed great! The massaman curry hit the spot – but unfortunately, it came with a side of confusion, thanks to the “service.”
When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted at the door. Instead, I was shouted at from across the room by a waitress (who I suspect was the owner also), asking me what I wanted – quite the entrance. Nothing makes you feel more welcomed than being the evening’s entertainment as everyone eating turns to stare.
Then came the sneaky surcharge. I ordered a soda water for £1.50 (which, let’s face it, is essentially fizzy water at a lower price), but what do I find on the bill? I’d been charged for the bottled fizzy water at £2.30. Apparently, pouring soda water into a glass magically transforms it into a premium product! I found it greedy and rude!
The waitress/owner was darting around like she was in a marathon, with no time for the minor details – you know, like basic customer service.
Food-wise, this place nails it. But as for the “service” and extra surprise charges, I won’t be back. And if you do go, make sure you bring a magnifying glass to double-check that bill – apparently, you never know what you’ll be...
Read moreAt least three of us independently asked for water for the table. It took from arrival at the restaurant until after the starters and main courses had come out until we were finally brought water following another request to the waitress. There was a large group of us, but otherwise the restaurant was not busy. Furthermore, we had booked, so they knew we were coming. I am not sure why they did not bring us water at the start when first requested and especially why our multiple reminders were ineffective. Food was delicious but poor...
