Absolute nightmare of a place to order from. Person in the drive thru intercom could hardly understand or speak a word of English and whilst taking my order was shouting and speaking to some other member of staff so I kept on having to repeat the order. Finally managed to get my order across which looked correct on the screen. Got upto the window and was charged over £40 for 2 small chicken burgers and chips for the kids and 2 zinger burger box meals for myself and the missus. Questioned the price but I was assured this was correct so reluctantly handed over the money. Next thing that came out was all the wrong drinks and they were massive, 2 of which were meant to be for kids and 2 medium meals. Only 2 of these were box meals but they put all 4 in a big box of their own 🤔 they then stuffed them all into one paper bag and tried to jam it all through my car window which in turn just ripped all the bag which was nowhere near big enough for 4 boxes in the first place and far to big for a car window. Ended up all over me and the car. Complained to the server asking what on earth he was doing to which he shrugged his shoulders, asked for a manager to which he pretended he didn’t understand me again then eventually said there was no manager available. By this time there was a massive queue behind me and I was going to be late to pick the kids up from their after school class so I had to leave. Still looking into where I can complain online but...
Read morecalled in tonight at 7pm with my daughter...left 5 mins later... usually enjoy my KFC but didnt buy tonight... this must be the filthiest KFC ever... toilet was absolutely filthy and soaking wet and stinking floor.. no soap for washing.. door handles all sticky... back to the restaurant and as i looked around the place...80% of the table looked as though they had not been cleaned today... waste food and wrappers piled on most of them.. my daughter was about to be served when i asked her to look around and see what i saw.... i doubt if she or her friends will ever be back there.... very few customers seated inside... drive through was doing well.. ( perhaps the council clean the outside) we travelled a fair few miles with the intention of dining here and only had a most dissapointing customer experience... shame on everyone involved in this operation tonight.. im not going to say avoid this place but in fact go.. go and see for yourselves... then cross it of your list of local eateries... or perhaps read the sign in the toilet... " we check the toilets regularly but if you find anything wrong, please let us know" if the actually do check regularly then i can only assume that they think all is well... you cant complain if they think that... they might think you have gone mad. Read moreThere is always something missing from my order absolutely every single time and I check in the bag before I leave drive thru to see if my orders correct (which it never is) Nobody greets you at the window or acknowledges that your even there. The customer service is extremely poor and the only reason I go back is because I like KFC and its the closest one to me. Personally I don't think the staff are being trained properly. There's is no energy about the place and most of the staff look like they couldn't be any less interested. Working in customer service myself and actually in a drive thru environment my manager would be mortified if we were to display the behaviour this place does and would make sure we're up to date about our customer satisfaction levels. I'm sure this particular KFC gets complained about regularly but hey go. You like fried chicken and the nearest one is this then that's it really. It actually makes me want to apply for a position to show the standards that are expected within customer service/fast food environments and show its supposed to be carried out.
