I had a lovely experience here today, I’d had a really rough morning and was looking forward to getting my bacon breakfast roll and coffee, but when I got there the queue was long- however, the wait was non existent and I got served almost immediately which was amazing 🤩 The lady who served me was so lovely, so upbeat and welcoming which made me feel better! She even brought my roll and coffee to my table for me since I use a cane. First visit here today for a cup of hot chocolate drinks and coffee. Hot chocolate drinks was lovely. The tall man who served me was very friendly. Keep up the good work. Nice clean and tidy place. Will definitely coming back here to sit outside table for chit chat and to chill. Lovely cool place to be here.

Buchanan Greggs staff were always soured faces and unfriendly too. Don't think the staff enjoy working there at all....lol

Their hot chocolate drinks tasted like water. Definitely not enough chocolate powder at all. Sausage rolls and bacons rolls always cold. I never go back...

5 stars to the two staff members sitting outside this morning unable to open the shop and work because the manager hasn’t turned up, these 2 staff members are having to deal with annoyed customers turning up for their morning coffees etc and not able to get them, possibly an unavoidable reason however still a shame for the staff who reported for work left having to deal with it, hopefully they get an early finish today from the manager wheh...
