Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I don’t normally write bad reviews but something has to be said though. The coffee was extremely weak. Me and my partner both got lattes that were basically like drinking hot milk. They don’t even heat the cinnamon buns due to some health and safety nonsense. This makes them dry and tasteless. Charging 40p for the stingiest bit of cream that I got for my dog. When I approached a staff member to voice my complaint I was was spoken to quite rudely. This is not first time Ive had the staff speak rudely to me at this particular Starbucks. Parking situation is terrible, can’t park for any length of time. So if you want a coffee after the gym you’ll get a fine. Asked the staff if there was anyone I could contact to appeal the fine considering I was parked to use two businesses within the retail park and got told next time just don’t buy coffee. I don't find the staff particularly friendly.Its not been particularly busy when I've visited.
