Dear Team, I just had the most ridiculous experience at your Glasgow airport location. I asked for three donuts (which come at a 18% less deal), but did not want to carry around the big box and instead asked for all three to be fitted in a paper bag. The employees refused this request. First they told me it wouldn’t fit (which is not true, the paper bag holds 3-4 donuts just fine), then they told me they are not allowed to because of brand policy and that if I didn’t want a box, I had to buy all three separately without the 18% deal and that they then had to put each donut in a separate paper bag. In times of trying to reduce waste and especially plastic waste (which your boxes contain), I would like to know why it is brand policy to go against explicit customer wishes to have all three donuts put in a paper bag (I don’t mind them getting smushed a little either)? I opted to get all three separately and put them all in one paper bag myself after. Please change this completely ridiculous and backwards policy! If the customer wants all three donuts in a paper bag, they shouldn’t be forced to get a box.

I asked for a 2nd coffee because the first was set right down under the dripping windex bottle. Staff refused to remake the coffee and made my husband pay for a 2nd one.
