What an absolute treat this shop is in every sense of the word! The first time I have been here and I will most certainly be back to stock up for Christmas. On entering the shop I was greeted very warmly by Maggie, she and two other staff members were hard at work baking and stocking the shelves but they all took the time to have a wee chat with me when I asked what they were baking as the aroma was wonderful and Maggie answered questions I had whilst I was deciding out of the delightful selection of goods in the shop what I wanted to buy. I settled on the Bailey's tablet, small Christmas fruit cake and marmalade made with oranges and drambuie everything is absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this wee gem of a place...

Maggie is our favorite baker ever!! We love her! Every time we go hiking or up to Loch Ard, we stop by and see what seasonal products she has. She’s always putting out something new.

From her jams to her shortbread, chutneys to tablet, she’s got the best recipes and best tasting homemade products.

My husband said her strawberry scone (seasonal) were the lightest, best tasting scones he’s had.

This is the sweetest little shop I've ever been in! The service, the lovely atmosphere set by the owners/employees and not to mention the jam, jellies and chutneys are absolutely amazing! We bought roughly 5 jams, 2 chutneys and 4 jellies (most of were gifts) I had the honey Berry plum&cinnamon jam, mango chutneys and rowan jelly which were all delightful.
