Service was horrendous, the girls in front of me ordered an abominable amount of food - and instead of asking them to go to the waiting bays they held up the huge queue for 15 minutes all on their own just for one car/order - all the while I could see my order ready and sitting at the window. Then a different worker goes up to the girls at the window and proceeds to have a long conversation. I understand a quick wave and hello when you see your friends at work but these women were talking for a good 5 minutes holding up the huge queue like there werenât a good 10 + cars stacked up behind them at this point - which were clearly visible from the window - as there was only one window to serve food. I waited as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after a certain point it got ridiculous. I had to signal for them to even stop - which took them a while anyway and got me a rude glare from the worker. So I donât know what they were doing or how long it would have taken for them to stop talking otherwise. As I drive up, as I knew from the start, the lady takes my food that had been sitting there the whole time collecting dust that I knew was mine before. I donât know why they didnât send them to a waiting bay, they were fully functional as I was able to witness during my 25 minute long queuing around the building. Really unprofessional and frustrating. Food tastes slightly lukewarm at best as would be expected with it sitting out by the window for so long. I donât expect phenomenal food from McDonaldâs obviously but warm would be nice. Definitely avoid if youâre in a rush or if itâs a busy time. I went at 7:45 on a week night hoping it was late enough but apparently not. Only time Iâve had a positive experience here was at midnight....

The Absolute attitude from the young girl manager trying to make out I was in the wrong with your making a scene sir 3 times she said it I said I was not making a scene but a complaint about the service , plus some little idiot standing staring at me like the looney he is and when I complained about that was told no heâs not even tho this young girl managers back was to him she turned round and like a little girl shoved him away with a little giggle .this so called manager doesnât just need training đ¤ she replaced the food but not the drink obviously just being smart to me .now I have to find another McDonaldâs as no way absolutely no way will I go back to that place ,Iâm very very disappointed on the treatment from this branch...

Iâm extremely disappointed with the way this drive-thru is designed. If youâre driving a larger vehicle, like an SUV or a van, be very careful. Thereâs an extremely sharp turn between the building and the road, and additional support columns have been placed right in the way, making it very easy to scrape or seriously damage your car.
The whole layout is poorly planned. You are forced to do a full 360-degree loop around the building before even entering the drive-thru lane, which is just absurd â especially during busy hours. Yesterday, I came very close to damaging my car badly. If I wasnât paying full attention, it wouldâve happened.
When I raised the issue with the manager at this location, she showed no concern at all. Her response was a dismissive âyes, okayâ and that was it. Clearly, McDonaldâs here does not care if your car gets damaged â they only care about selling you a meal. But that burger might end up costing you hundreds of pounds in repairs.
âI strongly recommend avoiding this drive-thru. If you really want to eat here, park and go in â but do not risk your car. I sincerely hope someone from McDonaldâs UK management reads this and takes immediate action before someone ends up with serious...
