McDonald's — Restaurant in Scotland

Before you read this I'd like to make it cleae I work in fast food aswell so I am understanding of other fast food workers, however the staff,food and everything else in this restaurant is horrible. I've been here a few times now as I'm not local but attend college nearby. The few times I've been the staff have been passive aggressive or careless. One example of my food being horrible is the time I ordered my usual breakfast option- a mighty mcmuffin meal. It tasted stale and it was hard to bite into. Today I went and ordered 3 chicken selects, a barbeque dip, a toffee apple pie and a cheeseburger with no pickles,onions or mustard. My number was shouted and as soon as I walked to get it the staff member just walked away and didn't say anything. I then stood at the counter as my dip wasn't in the bag, two managers were standing talking until one noticed me. She walked towards me and I asked for my dip, she then told me it would be 50p and when I mentioned politely that I ordered it with my selects her face dropped, she drew me daggers and she chucked the dip in my bag. As a fast food worker I don't really understand this as if I treated a customer like this I would be yelled at by my manager. My burger also came with the onions on it (I didn't realise till I reached my destination) and as I have ADHD I cannot eat them due to my sensory issues so I had to sit and...

Finally had enough of this place.

Ordered a £40 delivery to feed three people. It's less than five min drive from the house. It was after the busy lunch hour, and yet somehow took 40 min. The wait wasn't a huge issue though, but everything arrived cold. None of it was even luke warm.

This is the first we've ordered since an Uber Eats driver stole my £90 order a few months ago and McDonalds refused to refund me. And before anyone says i should talk to Uber Eats (which is what McDonalds said), i ordered through the McDonalds app, not the Uber Eats app. Thankfully, because it was a card payment, the bank refunded me directly, but McDonalds flat out refused to do anything. The only reason i ordered again is because my kids think McDonalds is good.

Washing my hands of them. Kids will need to find a new favourite burger. No concept of customer service whatsoever, and more than happy to deliver food that has gone cold. Who knows how long it had to sit out for that to happen.

Avoid at all costs. Order from somewhere else....

Went before work and made to stand outside as not enough tables even though it was a takeaway i was wanting, very small order and many places infront of other customers orders, still made to wait for ages while other had their bigger orders handed out before my order, this is a common theme in this restraunt, just eat get more attention that the people willing to go into store. When I got my order the food was lukewarm, I was starving hence the visit before work and still ate my lukewarm food. Wish I had not bothered as been violently ill ever since, lost 2 days of work through the most explosive diarrhoea ever in my life. Not sure who to complain to but my experience I hope nobody has to go through so leaving my review as a warning, not sure anyone in the store has their health and hygiene qualifications or this would not have happened, will not visit again, coke also generally tastes of Fanta which is probably a sign of the lack of cleaning standards on site.
