Mmm...Delicious — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered on just eat after over an hour and a half I called the cafe to see where the delivery was as just eat never gave time. the women stated it was second to go out they where really busy which was fine 2 hours later still nothing but they had marked it as delivered which wasn’t the case I called them back as we didn’t receive anything. The women who answered stated that they had a big order ie buffet to do hence why my order wasnt even made yet . I stated to the women on the phone that they never stated that it wasn’t made yet and they actually told me it was actually second to go out and the women then started laughing which actually isn’t funny at all. Telling lies to a customer and laughing is unacceptable. Shouldn’t really take any orders if you know that no orders will be out on time if you’re doing a buffet. Would give a no stars if possible but for the purpose of warning others- you’ll wait hours for a delivery, if you call the restaurant the people on the phone are exceptionally rude and shout down the phone at you. Order was missing items and the ones that arrived were inedible because coffee had been spilt over them. Requested a refund to be told “you got the food didn’t you?! Could have cancelled but you didn’t so no refund” save your money for worthwhile places-there’s plenty...
