Horrible service and won’t be back in. Went in to ask for a small cream gateux for my parents for Christmas that was on display. I was met with confusion from the staff who said: those are trifles. I asked if the gateaux’s were perhaps all sold? 3 members of staff leaned down to the area I was referring to and one of them almost screeched at me: “those are TRIFLES!!!”. I calmly pointed to the gateaux I was referring to. The staff went quiet. One of the them took it for me, let me pay and I left.
