Nicholls did the Buffet and Birthday cake for my Fathers 80th . The booking of the buffet and ordering of the cake was very simple.Had lots of advice and idea's from Cady who did the buffet &, cake order. The cost for both was very reasonable and they even included delivery to the Function Venue. The buffet was lovely,very fresh and tasty,it had everything we had asked for. The sausage rolls and mini pies were a massive hit with the party go,ers who all commented...very very tasty☝👌😋

I ordered a birthday cake in plenty of time for my mother’s 90th birthday. I was given the price and payed upfront. A few days before the birthday they called me to say they wanted another £15 from me as they quoted me for the wrong size of cake. I decided to pay the extra as I didn’t want to be running around last minute to arrange something else. It wasn’t the price that bothered me but the way it was handled. I felt sorry for the poor girl that had to ask me for more money. I believe what should have been done was to call and explain about the mix up but say look we messed up so we shall still honour our quote. Absolutely shocking! 4 weeks ago cakes were delivered to my property inedible as the cream had started to curdle, also items were sent that were wrong even told be told that had sent a carrot cake cupcake was not even correct, then yesterday a complimentary order came to us and it needed of bothered 2 squashed pies, chocolate eclairs missing, no communication which left my friend very upset!!!
