Just plain rude.
We had been going to this restaurant for years and we knew the family well. Then it changed hands and to be polite, went downhill at super-speed. Recently we got told itās starting to improve.
We were so excited to get a takeaway, to be told they donāt deliver, because itās not worth their while. However if itās a big order they would consider itā¦I can imagine how many customers old and new they have lost due to āitās not worth our timeā.

Just one gripe - there is a sign on the door that says "American Express cards welcome" and our bill was presented in a bill wallet with the American Express logo on it, but guess what? They don't take American Express cards! If you don't take the card, don't advertise (twice)...
