Just plain rude.
We had been going to this restaurant for years and we knew the family well. Then it changed hands and to be polite, went downhill at super-speed. Recently we got told it’s starting to improve.
We were so excited to get a takeaway, to be told they don’t deliver, because it’s not worth their while. However if it’s a big order they would consider it…I can imagine how many customers old and new they have lost due to “it’s not worth our time”.

The food was really nice and not expensive, although the Singha beer was a bit pricey at £4.15 for a 330ml bottle.
Just one gripe - there is a sign on the door that says "American Express cards welcome" and our bill was presented in a bill wallet with the American Express logo on it, but guess what? They don't take American Express cards! If you don't take the card, don't advertise (twice)...
