Using this place for a while but standards recently are getting poorer the quality of food isn't as good as was, also the amount of time had sauce wrong is getting beyond a joke, last week forgot sauce for 3 * kebabs, this week was wrong sauce, the chicken pakoras are also always very dry clearly overdone or reheated hopefully they bring back there standards as loosing faith in them. Ordered my food through the app, then left the house 20 minutes later then sat for 30 minute plus in the takeaway, got home and found out they forgot rice, phoned and said they would send rice out but would be 15 minute plus, said my food would be freezing they didn’t seem to give toss, finally got the rice, dished my dinner and chicken was like trying to eat bouncy ball (horrible and chewy), won’t be ordering from here again, be a loyal customer for years as well, only takeaway I know number off by heart,...

Food is usually pretty decent, however, the fact that you have to almost wave in front of staff before they notice is quite frustrating.... it's almost as if they don't want you to place an order. Also, the older gentleman really should take a course in customer service.... if he wants to chastise his staff he shouldn't do it in front the customers.
