Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Great Britain

Normally visit Springburn cafe however went here for a change and will never return, a few of the cafe staff were brilliant however the member of staff that threw our plates in front of us with a horrible, unnecessary attitude ruined the experience, we were given a refund by the manager but again also seemed he didn't care about our experience and was glad to tell me how hard it was for his staff during coronavirus and attempt to justify the behaviour with this? Have eaten in here many times. Today was the worst. All available tables ( which was most of them) had not been cleared or cleaned. Had to move dirty dishes off and the table was filthy. Small flies & a couple of ticks crawling on it. The floor and base of table was also filthy. Had we not already ordered & paid we'd have walked out. The place needs a complete overhaul and a good manager to run it. Definitely...
