This was always my favourite and used often however I recomended to my Mother and when she ordered they completely muddled the order up and the calzone had barely any meat. They promised a refund off 11pound on the next order so when I called an explained that it was in the book he told the young guy on the phone they would take delivery off I refused and then he offered 4 pound. I realize we ordered on a busy night but 2hours is just ridiculous and when I called to chase it up was told yes it’s on its way, before I even told him my name and address so I was fobbed off, of course it wasn’t on its way and took a further 20mins, then after all that they got the order wrong and a part was missing, called again, they said yes we will send it to you. Ordered through just eat at 6.00pm. Called at 7.30 to ask where it was to be told it was on its way. The order didn't arrive till 8.00pm. It was stone cold and they had totally missed out an item from the order. Pretty poor seeing as there were only two items ordered. Called back again to complain and I was told they were sending the missing item straight away. It's now 9.30pm and still no delivery. Pretty atrocious customer service which is a shame as the food is usually good!! Called again to complain....
