We collected our order, arrived home and the food was cold....( we only stay 8 mins drive away). Part of our order which we made online asked for sauce seperate( Not a huge deal for most people but this was for a child). When I called I had to explain numerous times what the issue was... The person on the other end of the phone(presumably the owner ) ended up hanging up on me because I asked for this to be corrected and delivered. He basically demanded I bring the food back if theres a problem.. .. Eh, no , we collected as expected, you made the error, so you shoild correct it... I actually did say I would come and collect it but I would expect diesel cost to be absorbed.... The person on the other end of the phone was extremely rude, arrogant , kept talking over me, and not interested at all that I wasn't happy about part of my order... ....shame, as this was the first time we tried this take away after recommendations but we will not be returning. Absolutely disgusting Customer service!!!!!! Unfortunately there's no option for NO stars!!!! Too add the owner has now blocked my phone number as well.... Again... ZERO Customer...
   Read moreI was totally disgusted by the treatment of the lady who serves at the counter. The shop was busy and she was answering calls and serving us in the shop when the younger bloke basically shouted at her due yo what I assume may have been an error. She is so polite and courteous, think she might be new, but the guy was so rude and shouting making her embarrassed and cry. Bullying is not acceptable and as far as I'm concerned everyone may make errors but he was disgusting and didn't even help her deal with any of our orders. I hope this isn't the owner, but no one should treat anyone that way. He also threw boxes all over the floor hitting her with some. He should not be allowed to get away with this if he isn't the owner. I hope the lady is OK as she didn't deserve any of this and she was so upset.We won't...

Reading through the other recent reviews, I witness more and more accounts of the rude and shocking levels of service of the new people in charge.
Tonight, they got our order wrong and then made us feel like it was our fault, arguing the point before asking if we could bring it back in to the shop. They then abruptly said they’d allow the driver to bring it back, but ASKED FOR THE ITEM BACK. Does that mean they’ll pick through it to serve to other customers?
