Rendezvouz Fish & Chip Shop — Restaurant in Scotland

Lucky to be getting one star. Staff were SO rude and snappy. Gave them 9 suppers worth of an order but all I got back was rudeness. Then got home to find not everything was in the bag - phoned to tell them and got a mouthful when I asked if I* could get the money back for items missed but paid for. Felt like we were an inconvenience to them having popped in for our dinner. If I had realized before that there was another chippy in Kelso I would have told them where to stick it. Worst customer...

I had a nice pizza, freshly cooked. The base had a slight crispness to it which I found unusual but was nice. There was plenty of topping and cheese. The service wasn’t very personal and I was left standing for a while before being acknowledged despite there being three staff members in view. Prices are reasonable. Street parking (free) outside the takeaway. I noticed that delivery is also available but also witnessed them taking the phone out of the socket as the phone wouldn’t...

Popped in for a fish (Haddock) supper. Waited for the fish to be cooked "to order" which was fine. On getting home found the fish yo be pleasantly nice however the chips left a lot to be desired. They were almost mush, as if they had either being lying fir some time it cooked in cold oil. Very disappointing, especially as the fish was lovely. Such a shame that what could have been a good experience...
