Just ordered sweet and sour with chips and alleged barbecue spare ribs. The portions are half the size, and twice the price. It was collected but not very warm. The chips were definitely yesterday's. The spare ribs had sauce- I think- but it was scarce. Reason I'm really doing this- why should Chinese restaurants get away with selling substandard food and no-one ever complains? The local council giveth the licence- reports of substandard food can result in it taketh away. Perhaps this should be remembered. The cost of living is tough- but the size of the chicken balls were minute. There are cut backs and just taking the p. The rice was in a very small container also- much more like a child's portion. Read moreI really hate to leave a negative review for any business or service but on this occasion I have no choice. We normally go to a different Chinese restaurant in ayr that we love and have really enjoyed in the past but we thought we would try somewhere different to see how it was. The food arrived quickly but was not nice and some of Most of it was cold. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday evening. All in we didn't enjoy the food or experience. We unfortunately won't be...
