Like stepping into the past. This establishment has existed on new bridge St. since the 1920's Staff were really friendly and helpful. I just popped in looking for coffee and a cake. This place is classy. The original back room is a sight worth seeing. The decor is amazing. Flat White Coffee was served in a good sized cup which was nice to see for a change. The Scones, of which there is a selection are Monster, really huge. I had a fruit one with jam and butter. Really delicious. The place has a small frontage, so look out for it and dont pass it by like i have done on several occasions before. They have lots of other goodies in store for you ,all at reasonable prices ,so no big extra prices for the delightful atmosphere in which you enjoy your hearts desire.

The food is fantastic, friendly service. On the occasions ive been (Saturdays) it always busy but the staff look at accommodate you as quickly as possible. Possibly the best burger ive tried. Value for money.

Great little restaurant with a small but well covered menu. From typically Scottish dishes to foods even I enjoyed. The coffee is outstanding. Well situated, clean with friendly staff make this an Ayr gem.

Don't expect comfy seats or friendly staff. Was told we are not allowed to order a kids portion for an adult who would never eat that amount.

The tables are covered in Gaffer tape to stop the ends falling off. The manageress exact words were I can't fill this place with people eating kids portions. Having just came from one of the best restaurants in England who had no issues with an adult having a kids portion I find this ridiculous. Also I just ordered chips and cheese and the chips are frozen chips not what I expect for a resteraunt charging 9.85 for a burger and chips Won't be back again and advise anyone to stay clear of this “establishment” as They clearly only care about their bottom line and not the customers who keep it...

Went for lunch in pandoras as it was my favourite place for lunch in Ayr, only to be dissapointed with how much it as changed recently. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the beautiful wood panelling and pleasant staff was no longer there, instead the interior is now cold and clinical as are the staff. We had to wait 25 minutes before anyone took our order for drinks or food and then an even longer wait for a dismal and soggy sandwich (I could have bought better from Tesco!). The couple beside us actually got up and left. It was difficult for us to move and the servers to serve us as all the tables and chairs were packed so close. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit...
