I went in and asked the man for a mixed wrap and he said £9. Which was a little bit more than the menu said but that was fine.

I pulled out my card to pay and he said the card minimum is £9.50 😂😂 I then said to just add chips and he told me that is £10. I payed and collected my wrap.

But I realised there was no chips after eating for a minute. (The chips were actually on the wrap, that was my fault). When I came back to ask where they were, the old man at the front told me they were on the wrap. And preceded to use his fingers, with no gloves, and open up my wrap and shove his whole thumbs into my meal. I obviously told him I cant eat that now and he said his hands are clean and that its fine 😂

He tried to give me the wrap back and said that that’s all i’ll get! I had to argue for a while until someone else came and begrudgingly agreed to give me a new one.

Only gave 1 star as had no choice. Wouldnt rate this place at all. Food is vile and there customer service is even worse. Ordered from here last night food was cold and the pizza had no topping as was splatter all over the box and the pizza base was almost in a ball. When I phoned up the guy was rude and swearing and said to call back tonight for a free pizza. So I did to be sworn at over the phone and them demanding my son went in for the pizza (as was for him last night) he didn't like when I said no you will deliver my son is 11. I have waited 1hr 35 mins for the pizza to arrive that is literally burnt black and is stinking. hang your heads in shame spice of life...

Made a Visit to this Shop lately ( Granted ) First Time in about 7 Years but can I just say it is Still the Same Owner , Food was Very Bland , It Would’ve been Nice to have been asked if I wanted Salt , Sauce & Maybe Salad with My Order But No I wasn’t, It took the Guy who was making Up the Pizza Base’s to Even Lift His Head , He Had a Little Boy Standing Next to Him who was Touching All the Base’s and then Another Miserable Member of Staff Came and Took My Order and 5 Mins Later Come and Put in My Hand Without a Thank You or Goodbye , Needless to Say it’ll be another 7 Years before I’m...
