Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Ok...to be honest, I love subway, quick and simple food for when you can't be bothered making lunch, but this is now the 7th occasion where our food has been terrible and it's the final nail in the coffin.

Often the delivery takes an hour+ and usually that's fine, I don't mind waiting for food that's good, but when the food is freezing, under done and poorly presented, it just becomes unacceptable.

4 times I've had to either remove or add ingredients that I've asked for as there's either too little or far too much and had to toast/reheat the subs every time because they're cold or just not toasted at all. I understand that it won't be perfect 100% of the time...but it's never been a 100% correct order since we started ordering from there.

Lastly, too often is an item missing or just completely wrong, please fix this, as it's the only lunch takeaway in town it's a stupid array of issues to be...

The food was OK, just what you expect from a subway. Your staff though needed to have a bit of a personality transplant. Not one of the girls that was working today had a smile on their faces, or two words to say to their customers. Then I went to the toilet.. You have one for staff and customers, what is fine. If it was clean. There was enough dust in there to make it look like Halloween. If I was a disabled member of the comunity I would not like to use the hand rails as they looked like they hadn't been touched with a cloth in a long time. Then there was the emergency cord. This was placed behind the toilet out of reach if you fell in the toilet. Imagine if you fell and couldn't move?? You would have to somehow crawl behind the toilet to...

Walked in. Went stright to the counter but couldn't see it due to the touch screens. No hello or welcome. Tried the touch screen to order and couldn't create my own sub. Decided to just order at the till, in my opinion it being easier. Waited 5 minutes before an acknowledgement. Then got told will be with you in a second. Tried to order and got told I had to use the self service. (Glad i wasnt paying cash) I mentioned that I couldn't create me own sub and got told to use one of the existing subs and customise it. Done that. Got completely the wrong thing with extras I didnt want and cost me £13. Worst experience I've ever had...
