Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

After ordering on UberEats multiples times and they get it wrong every time, I try to contact the shop by phone number which was on the website but it says I've dialled an incorrect number so there is no way for me to contact them, tried to contact the shopping center to get Subway number.. And again the same, phone number given, its an incorrect number! UberEats has always been good, and we never have this problem when we ordered from other places! What they have got wrong every time I ordered : I've had a sub half empty ! A completely different order from what I asked for and worst : the sub I ordered with extra ingredients that I never asked for.. Which is dangerous for any allergens problems !

Very disappointed with the customer service today, went to get meals for 3 people using vouchers still valid for another 6 weeks and was rudely told he couldnt take them! What is the point of having offers for a franchise if they are not accepted? Staff were very abrupt and condescending. I shop in Subway often and find it really is hit and miss with the quality of staff but i also know that they do take the vouchers so this particular staff member was just...

2 attempts to make my sub put tomato on it then thought it would be okay just to pick it off! Nope!
