Sultan Lounge — Restaurant in Scotland

To date we have been here 3 times. Their main turnover is carry out meals. They also have a small nice and clean dining area. With being mainly a carry out business I reckon all their meals are based on 3 base curry sauces. The curries my friends and I have ordered are good but not exactly the correct flavour. For example: week 1 a Buna tasted of a deep smokie flavour which tasted pleasant enough but a Buna does not have this flavour characteristics. Week 3: I ordered a Celyon which was a different colour and taste from a Celyon I ordered the week before. This Celyon tasted like the Buna from week 1 but a little hotter. I could not detect the lemon and coconut flavour that a Celyon should have. The pakuras were excellent as were the side dishes. Portion sizes were good and the the service was friendly. We fancied something different for a change for dinner. First time we have used Spice House for a takeaway. We were not disappointed thats for sure. We ordered Duck spring rolls for a starter then Special Pad Thai Prawns and a Spice House Special Biryani. There was so much food the tops of the containers were bulging. All I can say is wow, more than enough duck spring rolls, the Biryani is the best I have had in a long time , packed with lots of tasty meat, my wife commented on the plentiful amount of prawns that was in her Pad Thai Prawns.
