Zero stars was not an option I wish I had. Delivery from just eat said 1hr for chips cheese and curry with macaroni and chips but it took 1hr 30 mins. I called after I seen the driver out for 20 mins with my food and staff were really not good responding to complaints. They told me they will call the driver and it won't be cold he's "just left". Fast forward 10 mins and the food arrives stone cold and had sweated inside the plastic bag so much the water drained out into the bag.

I called again to complain and was met with zero apology, a horrible tone and being spoken to in a manner that could never be interpreted as professional.

To be fair if the food was hot I would have probably still not eaten it half the chips not cooked...

Just recieved my order from here after getting a message half an hour before telling me it had left the shop, over an hour after ordering (1 hour 45 mins in total). The food was all freezing cold and tasteless. Not happy, spent £35 to feed the whole family and most of it is going in the bin. Dont even know what kind of soup it is as its so bland, no cheese in the chilli CHEESE dog and the chicken fajita wraps were cold! Spicy chicken burger was a roll with a bit of dry chicken in it, no lettuce, no mayo, not even butter on the roll, disgusting!!! AVOID...

Ordered three toasties. Got told there was two ingredients that weren’t available. ( it happens ) The man on the phone spoke like the micro machines man and I felt like he flapped whilst giving me information about the order. I couldn’t get a word in to tell him the changes we wanted. He said this is too much lol. I said calm for a second mate so I can actually tell you what we want. Phone call ended. One of the toasties was short, no onions. I think if you get someone to work your phone you should have someone that takes the time to stop...
