Was really looking forward to trying this place, had to wait till we were child free due to fussy eaters. First impressions were that it was empty and honestly looked a little run down and grubby considering it hasn't long opened. I then went to the toilet which was nothing short of disgusting, the toilet seat covered in marks ,no toilet roll floor was minging. We have then ordered using one of the order machines. The machine froze as this was going through. The card machine said approved, and the money was into pending in my bank. Staff seen us waiting about after ordering, knowing there was no other orders on still didn't approach to let us know it hadn't actually went through. When ive eventually asked myself ive been told the payment hasn't went through and I'd need to do it on the machines were playing up, the other 2 were also frozen. I questioned about the money being in my pending and was told it will be back in within 48 hours. The young girl kept having to go and ask the manager the questions I was asking. He eventually came and spoke to me himself and I asked if he's having so much issues with the order machines why have them on...he just shrugged his shoulders and said someone's due today. Not once was I offered for them to take our order at the counter, just told if u want to order again ull need to pay. The customer service was rubbish, staff nonchalant attitudes were obv for everyone to see......training definitely needed.....cleanliness need to be improved. Disappointed we didn't get to try but if they cant do basic cleaning and customer service, what the chances food safety is being followed as...
Read moreThe service experience and witnessesd the lowest form of customer service I have ever witnessed.
Waiting for my order and order 173 gets called out no one comes the taco bell employee she says what the order is, then someone goes no it's actually Blah blah blah, the employee then scrunchies up the bag throws the order to the side and yes it was thrown she also throws the cup down on the ground, and shouts to her colleagues dosent say but shouts for all to hear I'm away to the toilet!!! Everything she did and said was done with immense attitude.
I will never be back in another taco bell had I not already ordered and paid I wouldn't have eaten here at all.
The particular branch is filthy food all over the floor dosent seem to be cleaned through out the day, shockingly bad customer service, and long waits and for what is barley an average meal. Nah surprised there not rodent infested.
Only two out of the 4 screens to order actually worked and no one behind the counter took any orders from anyone despite people waiting to order many actually left due to this and went elsewhere to get food.
If only I tried to order from the counter I wouldn't have had to stay to wait for my order and witness the terrible shambolic service the girl behind the...
Read moreShocking experience here today. Have never tried Taco Bell and had been looking forward to it. Safe to say we’ll never be back.
Terrible customer service for one, we placed our order on the self service but no one thought to inform us that the drinks machine was out of order. So when our order was finally called we had to pick from a small selection of bottles and cans, none of which were the drinks advertised that we’d ordered. The person serving us who I’m assuming may have been a manager wasn’t even wearing a uniform and could not have cared less.
The food itself was not as advertised, there looked to be about a teaspoon full of meat in each burrito, no fries inside even though it was the fries loaded burritos we had ordered and they were absolutely drowned in sauce.
On to the premises.. we had been going to sit in but changed our mind when we couldn’t find a clean table to eat from. Absolutely filthy with overflowing bins and grubby windows and doors. I genuinely didn’t want to touch a single surface. Also a pungent smell throughout.
Whoever manages this establishment seriously needs a shake.
Nearly £20 spent on lunch which went in the bin. In this economy it’s just...
