The Hub Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

Been here a few times and the food, service has always been great, well today that changed, some of the food was vile, eggs were black, sausages were burnt. When spoke to a staff member about the eggs, we weren’t giving any option to replace just take the amount off, my son wouldn’t even finish his roll the min he seen his sausages, we spent £41 on something a dog would even turn their nose up at… if it wasn’t for us being in a rush the full lot would of been sent back, my partners were plate was the only plate that the food looked a bit good, even at that he was taking the burnt stuff off me and the kids, so we could have some food. Absolutely unacceptable. We even had to ask...

Had a weird experience last weekend here, past few times the quality and service has gone right down, you feel like your interrupting a meeting when you go in now, we phoned ahead, but no answer, when we arrived we asked if we had the right number and apparantly we did and it hadn't rang, when we tried to let them know its maybe not working it was shrugged off. Every9ne looks miserable...There is always missing items and when I asked about what I usually get, wa still they never done it before? I had to explain why I wanted a roll and toast also, bit weird were going...

Genuinely the worst cafe in the area, every time I've been in something has been a problem.

1st time we went in they had to go to Gregg's to pick up rolls as they had run out at around 12pm???

The second time, the girl stared at me for about 2 or 3 minutes before she decided she'd serve me then looked confused as to what I asked for.

Then today at 1.30pm, people just served sitting outside, they decided they were closing and couldn't make a sandwich up.

Awful an understatement, JoJo's next door is so much friendlier and...
