Visiting the area. Looking for breakfast. Excellent review so decided to give it a try. What a wonderful Hiden gem. Beautiful, modern, immaculate and clean. Staff is lovely and friendly. Tried the omelette (with cheese and mushroom). £5. One the best. Cooked to perfection. Will definitely visit again when around.

Found this gem of a place when searching for somewhere for lunch on Google. Generous portions of well presented, quality home cooked food, served by friendly staff in a lovely spotlessly clean cafe. Happy to recommend and will definitely visit again when next in Grangemouth.

First time trying. Went for the cakes but ended up loving the soup! Soup was best I've had. We tried the chicken noodle and the cream of broccoli and both were amazing

It's places like this that really grind my gears. Firstly I do have to point out that I, and the party of 5 I was with, really did enjoy the food. It's absolutely everything else about this place that I really did not care for. From the minute we entered we were made to feel like a genuine nuisance. We were intercepted at the door by someone demanding to know if we had "booked".......! "Have you booked....?!" I didn't realise that it was necessary to inform a cafe who serve sandwiches that a few people might pop in during opening hours, mid-week to have a bowl of soup and a coffee, seemingly the Gestapo at Zetland pantry deem it of the utmost importance. If you do however, it would appear that they may go to extreme lengths to appease you. Our party on the other hand had to be split between 2 tables (which could have quite easily been brought together to make 1) as we hadn't "booked." The party that had "booked" were about to be lavished by an entire single table, made up of no less than 3 tables merged! Blimey! If only we had "booked!" Upon being seated and split up, I was then requested to move, as I was upsetting the access to the main "booked" table! At this point, it's important to highlight that this table still had not arrived after we had been seated for over an hour. Before, during, and after our visit, nobody sat at that table. Disgusting. I think this is where I'm mostly annoyed, serve the customers you have in front of you at that moment in time, not a table that isn't even in your establishment yet. Staff not at all helpful with reasonable requests about the contents of the cake display and the coffee was awful. Parking is a nightmare and it's not really...

Been twice now for breakfast. First class food, first class service, first class value for money. My large breakfast took about 15-20 minutes to cook (which I think is entirely reasonable, it was pretty busy) so the girls gave me a flat white on the house, cause I had to ‘wait so long’. I never even noticed to be honest. Portions are massive, all the food is butcher quality and the coffee is great. Amazing value. £16 for a HUGE plate and a coffee. Nice relaxed atmosphere, perfect balance, hats off to all the staff for being attentive without being in your face. Brilliant local business, credit to Grangemouth. Keep up the good work guys....

Not the cheapest but the food is very good if with a nice desert option tho these do come with a lot of cream. There is seating for just approx 30 people and the atmosphere is quite nice. Due to it's location the parking is residential so you may need to walk a little. Pricing is reasonable for a special treat although not everyday prices. Selection on the menu is small but everything is freshly cooked and is popular in the area for takeaway. Wheelchair users may find this a bit tight for access...
