Below average food. Ridiculous customer service. We stopped here en route to England while on a road trip through the UK. My son is severely allergic to dairy and we ordered a couple dishes for him after confirming with the staff that they are dairy free. They also referred us to the menu card that had vegan symbols for the dishes we were ordering. The Chana Massalam that we ordered from the vegan menu had dairy in it. Their excuse that we did not ask them about this dish in particular when in fact we did. They very casually said to not give this to my son. They did not even bother to remake the dish despite the fact their menu card had the no dairy symbol for this dish. Apart from that, it tasted so bad and had every other vegetable in it like carrots and green beans and 1-2 chanas. They charged us in full for a mistake they made and laughed at us that we made a wrong choice of dish as this is not the typical Chana Massalam. Absolutely bizarre. I will never go there again and warn anyone who...

However, recently had a friend over and ordered one online to be collected at 6:20pm only to collect it and get home and there be one curry missing and it was luke-warm at best (I only ordered 2 currys and 2 rice along with naan so not a big order). I tried to phone them numerous times (88 to be exact) for the phone line to be constantly busy, I understand it's a business but this was over the course of an hour. I tried to phone back but the line was again busy so I gave up. I 100% know my line wasn't bad as I only live 5 minutes down the road and in the same town with very good signal. Just a bit frustrating as have not had this...
