What The Scoop Ayr — Restaurant in Scotland

Literally waited more than 2 hours for this delivery PAST the estimated arrival time ( est. 19:50 ). It’s 22:21 as we speak and still nothing but a notification that it has been delivered?? No it hasn’t. There was no indication that they were no longer delivering as the restaurant CONFIRMED THE ORDER, and it had a full page promoting itself. Thankfully got support from the company i ordered from and got a full refund, but i won’t be ordering from a place that plans to take my money and give me nothing in return. First time having what the scoop and im extremely dissatisfied quite disappointed to be fair i had huge expectations for this place i dont think id ever come back to this establishment i had a burger and chips (fries) with a milkshake the burger lettuce looked very soggy and out of date the chips i ate one and threw the rest in the bin same with the burger had one bite that was it the quality of the food seemed cheap the milkshake got through half and also went in the bin the shop looks nice though staff seemed friendly and happy but honestly im shocked at how bad it was at £31ish i expected a better experience very...

It was 10pm at night and we were very tired. We were so thrilled to see What The Scoop in sight, surrounded by boarded windows it was a diamond in the rough.
