Wildfire Delicatessen — Restaurant in Scotland

I lived in Gourock for a year and Wildfire is what I'll miss most. Family-owned and run, everybody there knows the names of all the locals, and makes you feel right at home.

Great coffee, and affordable. Everything in the cabinets and on the shelves is brilliant, from imported (or local) cheeses and olives and spreads, to fresh rolls, sandwiches and baked goods. I'll miss Wildfire a lot, but will make sure it's a staple of my visit every time I return to...

Try to stop in at this amazing Deli anytime I'm passing through gourock because the filled rolls (and you better get there fast ) with a tremendous selection of fillings are to die for I just had the BLT and pastrami with Horseradish and both from the first bite to the last were unbelievable. I don't leave many reviews but this place needs spoken about....

I've been back in the USA for 7 months, since I visited and ate here. I still think about the delicious sandwich and black pudding sausage roll I enjoyed from this shop. I find myself comparing my local fare to the Wildfire Delicatessen, only to be disappointed by poor substitutes. I heartily recommend visiting...
