Ordered food 21:28pm and live in a block of flats so thought if they couldn't get in touch with me via the phone they would ring the buzzer. No, no buzzer rang and when we called up to query where the food was they said they had attempted delivery and had tried calling my mobile. I had to go outside my building to make the call to query this due to signal to be told that it was completely our fault we missed it that the delivery driver attempted to contact me too when they did not, but they seemed willing to send the food back out again so we were content. A few minutes later my phone rings again, so again I have to try and get somewhere with signal but my partner went out to grab the food... No wonder we didn't manage to get the delivery on the first attempt, the driver was down the other side of the road trying to call me when I didn't get signal. At this point the food is cold, so we've called up in regards to the cold food and the man on the other end of the phone was awfully rude saying it was our fault the food was cold, saying that he gives the driver X amount each delivery so it was now more than the cost of the order, kept talking over me and it felt like an all round dreadful experience which is disappointing really as I can usually never knock the food and service here. He then tried calling me back so I answered to be told he was sending out a fresh order as an apology, it came quickly but it was only a replacement wrap meaning the cheesy chips were cold and inedible at this point. 1 star is too many it wont let me!! waited over 2 and half hours for food order which is burnt and incomplete which is decribed as gourmet/ homemade.

Food is not fresh or homemade clearly pre packed frozen! Food portions for price very small. That was not the real issue, the food was burnt and missing 3 items of food. When contacted the resturant manager no offers made to resolve not even an apology. No offer to replace burnt items that wasnt even a meal as was missing the chips and the drink that made it a meal. Told can contact just eat for a refund "if that makes us happy". Kids gone to bed over an hour late with an alternative tea having to be made leaving two hangry very unhappy parents to with no food to eat totally unacceptable. Dont waste your time glad to say never again from us even if offered...

Really nice pizzas and burger. I ordered a cheesy chips pizza, a hot veggie pizza, and a chicken burger, all were very tasty. The pizzas were especially nice, the toppings were generous, not too much crust (which I like). The cheesy chips really were lovely and cheesy. The chicken in the burger was tender, although I think that I maybe over-ordered the sauce option on the burger because it was dripping out quite a lot. The salad fillings in the burger were also very generous, I ordered gherkins which there were definitely plenty of! I even had to take some out and out them onto my pizza. I also got a free garlic pizza which was a surprise! I'd definitely order here...
