Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sefton

My daughter called in around 3pm for a medium skinny wet latte with 2 extra shots and a.small berry cooler. Apart from costing almost £10 the drinks were disgusting. The cooler was only 2/3 full and the latte was like a flat white coffee with 2 extra shots in it. My daughter brought it to the car. I opened it to put a sugar in it and found it had been filled to the very brim. I spilt some over my hand and over my clothes. It was far too full and the barista should be far more careful. Popped in for a coffee on a beautiful Friday afternoon it was quite in there shop first appearance clean stocked up full presentation and approachable staff. The gentleman behind the counter with greyish long hair tyed up was at my service made eye contact greeted me with a good afternoon!!! Which I feel is right there's nothing worse then being approached by alright mate/pal so good on u however the other staff member in there making the coffees abit like ok not really interested the girl behind the counter might of been training but at least u got a smile which is good wood I go...

Have been a a customer or costa for many years, the Stanley Road outlet has a great team qnd is always welcoming. The only issue I have is. It's not following the general costa store policy of being dog's friendly as it's a franchise., Therefore, during the colder weather, I will not be sitting outside with my dog freezing, when we now have Pheonix coffee to go to which is very dog friendly with a free puppachino for your fury friend whilst sitting in the warm.
