Cupcake Time — Restaurant in Sheffield

Due to Covid I was quarantined in another country, when I was planning to come home for a family birthday. I called Cupcake Time as I saw they were a local supplier to my parents home.

Even at the very last minute, they were able to help! I placed an order for delivery online and I have to say I am still hearing about the quality from my parents, who were absolutely made up with the cupcakes delivered.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of the quality, the service, and just genuinely how friendly and helpful Jennie and Keith are.

I first tried these cupcakes at work when we had some delivered for the staff. I knew instantly they were the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! I’ve always wanted cupcakes with a specific soft buttercream but never been able to find any… until now!!!! I ended up ordering some for my birthday and they were all fabulous as expected, I ended up getting vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Incredible cupcakes AND customer service!! I ordered cupcakes from Cupcake Time for a friend who was having a tough time. The order was fairly last-minute, but Jennie and Keith were very responsive and accommodating. I messed up a number on my friend’s address, so they initially weren’t able to deliver — however they called me, and my friend, and went back a second time at the end of the day to complete the delivery. I was so grateful, and the cupcakes were gorgeous! Highly recommend, and will absolutely be ordering...
