Dilkash — Restaurant in Sheffield

So after some gym time I've decided to get some kebabs for me and my brother. We ordered numbers 18 medium and number 22 which is chicken tikka doner +chips + salad. Now they have screwed up my order and prepared mixed kebab for me. In naan bread which I dont like, Instead of accepting the fact that they've made a mistake, they said it's no difference... I wanted chicken, not regular doner or some handmade sausage with hole in middle, it's not same. Half of kebab went to bin. I feel like I have wasted £7, what I actually ate I could have paid £3. I enjoyed regular doner and few chicken pieces in there, but that seekh or whatever it was called... Not my taste. Been ordering from this place for 15 /16 years. The food on most instances is great. However, I am very unsatisfied with the customer service from certain workers. The wedges were extremely weird-tasting when we once ordered so we rang in just to let them know the wedges tasted a bit off. We weren't even expecting them to give us any "free food" but just wanted someone to acknowledge our issue and assure us that they'll make sure we won't face the same issue again from the best of their ability. But instead we were made to feel like we have lost our marbles and nothing is wrong with the wedges and it's our fault for complaining. Not...

First and very last time trying this awful takeaway. From the ordering process all the way until receiving the food was disgrace. Took 20 minutes to make a paper thin zinger chicken burger that had no taste.

The burger was handled with hand by at least 3 different people. What I dont understand is, why would you have an open kitchen if you know that you cant handle food how its supposed to handled?
