Sanam Kebabish — Restaurant in Sheffield

!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!! We orderd Cheese burger, Wedges and a mixed kebab. Biggest mistake we ever made. Everything was cold. All the chips inside the mixed kebab were all stuck together and cold and hard. there were only about 3 small pieces of chicken in it, the naan bread was cold and un-chewable, the doner meat was cold and the veg in it looked a few days old. Chips in bin instantly, veg in bin instantly, i gave the chicken to the cat and he moved away from it so that's in the bin too. i tried the doner meat and it too was worthles so i put that in the bin too. The cheese burger was supposed to have had salad on it and garlic sorce but it was just a plain burger with a cheese slice. It was warm but it wasn't what was orderd. Yo the food at this takeaway is great, notice how most of the critical responses to this place are a long time ago They are trust worthy and reliable Great quantity and cheap prices quality is decent not the best but still good I don’t get why they get a lot of negativity Because i have been going to this takeaway for Years especially when i was a little kid I am a young teenager now 14 but this is one of the best takeaways in darnall in my opinion and it beats krispy kod because they only don’t have much stuff there like chicken wings and burger but they have excellent quality but i prefer sanams kebabish so keep up the good work and maybe i would recommend if you lot would sell milkshakes there So thanks and keep doing what your doing i hope they don’t go out of business any...

Ordered food from here via Uber out of no choice as my previous experience wasn't any good as staff were rude and not listening to your order rightly. On my second order when the food did not arrive even after the time given I rang them up and was informed that they open late on Friday. So why don't they update their timings with Uber eat in that case. surely because they don't care about customer and don't want to loose any business, To add on top of this the food delivered were different than what I ordered and were not fresh either.
