Domino's Pizza - Sheffield - Handsworth — Restaurant in Sheffield

Shocking service, poor quality food compared to other Dominos outlets. Using this Domunos was a regrettable experience, takeout the pizzas where just..o.k I have had better pizzas in the past.

Then I ordered Pizza for delivery, the pizzas took 4 phone calls to chase the delivery, It took Dominos 1hr 45mins to deliver 4 pizzas plus wedges.

Dominos was taking so long ro deliver I called and said I will pick up the pizzas myself. Each time I was given an excuse of, 'pizza not made yet' or your pizzas out for delivery' or your pizzas are next sir'

The dominos pizzas arrived barely warm to cold. Again I phoned and complained this time as the cold pizzas and long time for delivery coupled with the poor level of customer service was shocking and substandard, they offered me a £10 voucher off a my next large pizza? I laughed to myself as, why would I ever use dominos pizzas in Handsworth ever again?

Today I placed order From Domino’s To Collect The order was ready within 10 minz from placing to collect the staff at Sheffield Handsworth Store was really friendly kind and helpful. From the moment I stepped into that store till I received my food and was on my way home the team there was awesome Thanks To Fahad Who gave me a warm welcome and smile on his told me my order was ready Abeer who helped put my order together was also kind thanks to them both and the rest of team I would recommend this will be to all my family and friends the Handsworth Sheffield store are fast professional helpful and kind Definitely will order again Thanks...

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!! Messed up a take away order giving the completely wrong pizza! Meaning the party ate at different times. Rude when we rang to inform them.
