I visited this pub and found it to be a fantastic venue. They have a range of ales and craft beers which are kept very well. If you like your beers this is definitely a pub to visit. I also had a pizza while I was there which was very nice. Charlotte the manager is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the beers. Her dog is also very friendly and a nice addition to the relaxed atmosphere of the venue. Would definitely visit again. The pub has something for everyone and is a great place to spend time.

Response to venues response to original review : Thank you for your response to my review. Only too happy to give a proper detailed review when I've had such quality service. Although I must point out in relation to Charlotte : I visited on 31/12/23 and I believe that the Charlotte in question has since left. As far as I know she took the pub dog with her. I can't vouch for any new Charlotte you have since employed. I'm not saying she isn't also decent but as you can imagine I wouldn't want to give credit to the wrong person. I would have to visit again to see if the new Charlotte is as good as the old one. She has big shoes to fill that's all I'm saying. If I do come back I will post another review of my findings as and when.
