Very disappointed! Not the first issue with these!!!!

I have ignored the previous issues I had but I keep returning only due to them being round the corner and having good quality food, yeah they do have good quality food and can be a good treat but only if it’s right!

Iv ordered many times and they send out the wrong food or something else

Today experience was just them taking the piss….

I rang up for an order and wanted to place it over the phone, they gladly were happy to take it and were polite enough, when asked about delivery charges they have decided to start to add £2.00 which was new to me as usually if order or pick it up/ Uber eats or previous orders had no charge or delivery over a minimum spend!. I only had enough cash for the food and not enough to cover for delivery so I told the bloke taking the order I was just going to order through Uber eats as there no difference in paying through that and not having enough cash, his tone changed and stated they would charge for delivery also…. I agreed that was true and was explained I pay for Uber one so it would be free!

I send the order through a couple of mins later and they cancelled 10 mins after that, I called up after realising what had happened and they claimed they were cleaning and due to that they had to cancel but are happy to take telephone orders….

Iv worked in similar sectors and understand what has really happened, they prefer me to order through the phone due to them not paying a cut to Uber for an order….. so they cancelled due to this

If you don’t want to pay Uber there cut don’t put your menu out on...

We have just ordered from Timmys for the first time after getting a flyer through the door. We ordered 2 chicken burger meals, pop corn chicken & quarter chicken & chips. When we rang & ordered the man we spoke to was so helpful giving us options of different deals which we didn't know about. He did say they were extremely busy and it would take an hour but with obvious reasons (covid) & bonfire night weekend we understood. I rang after an hour & 15 mins to see where the food was & they were very apologetic & said it would be another 15 mins. It arrived 15 mins later & the delivery man was just as apologetic bless him. The moment i opened the quarter chicken bag i knew it was going to be good lol the chicken burgers were unreal, massive, soft and juicy as was the peri chicken. The burger buns were soooo soft! The chip portions were massive & the pop corn chicken was so soft & big pieces! We are all stuffed and so happy with the service & the food was absolutely fabulous & amazing quality! Well done guys & thank you for the fabulous service & quality of food! We will be ordering again very soon....

Ordered on their website, accepted the order and took the money, an hour and half later when we rang them to ask why we hadn’t received it they said they hadn’t received an order from us, asked us to order again, pay again and wait for a refund for the first order, apparently they have changed their website ( even though when you Google it that’s the first one that comes up) we refused to do that and after some discussion they somehow found our order! Took over two and a half hours to get our food, which was cold, covered in sauce after we stayed no sauce and no salad, which we had asked for, an apology would have been nice but didn’t...
