I’m genuinely disappointed by the restaurant’s response — not just for serving spoiled food, but for now trying to deflect blame onto the customer with condescending and baseless accusations.

Let me set the record straight:

Yes, I ordered the Chicken Mandi Jumbo Pack on 19th January 2025. Yes, I expected a fresh, flavorful meal as promised. What I received instead was food that was spoiled, with chicken that tasted so off it was inedible — more like cat food than anything remotely appetizing.

And no, the food was not eaten. I threw it straight in the bin, as any sane person would when faced with something that smells and tastes rotten. The restaurant is referring to a photo of the top of the trash, assuming that what they can see there represents what was eaten. That’s laughable — and desperate.

Your assumption that the food was "mostly eaten" is both inaccurate and insulting. You have no real evidence, just a surface-level image, and you're trying to twist the narrative to avoid accountability. I contacted Deliveroo immediately, and when they refused to refund, I escalated to my bank for a chargeback — because paying for food that was unfit to eat is unacceptable.

Claiming I’m trying to “misuse refund systems” is a serious and baseless accusation. If you stood behind your quality, you would’ve apologized sincerely and made it right — instead, you chose to attack a dissatisfied customer.

This restaurant used to be worth ordering from. Not anymore. The food quality has clearly declined, and now your customer service follows the same route — defensive, dismissive, and arrogant.

Avoid this place on possible level , i went there as reviews were looking great but very disappointed from food quality to service , seems most of the reviews were paid and some of them must be fake !!!! I am food lover but after visit this place i learned one thing never fell for google reviews and will try to visit only recommendation places from now onwards , Wasted money for 6 people dinned in !!!!

Delicious End to a Fun Day – Highly Recommend!

After a full and exciting day at Legoland, we headed to AL HYDERABADI NAWAABS in Slough with another family, and what a fantastic decision that turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, the ambience was warm and welcoming. The decor was stylish yet comfortable, and the spacious banquet hall added a touch of grandeur—perfect for large gatherings or special occasions.

Now onto the food—everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and bursting with authentic flavour. We started with the Haleem, which was rich, hearty, and beautifully spiced—perfectly slow-cooked with a velvety texture that just melted in the mouth.

The Chicken and Mutton Biryani were both spot on—fragrant, perfectly cooked rice, and tender, juicy meat. The spices were balanced just right, delivering the authentic Hyderabadi flavour we were craving. The kids had the Lamb Mandi, which was a hit! The lamb was incredibly juicy and soft, with that signature smoky touch.

We also ordered Chicken 65—crispy, tangy, and perfectly spiced. A real crowd-pleaser with both adults and kids.

To end the meal, we sipped on some soothing Milk Tea, which was a lovely way to wrap up such a satisfying dinner.
