Really disappointed with the service this time round. I drove one hour out of my route to come to this restaurant specifically based on my first experience.

First time I went had some great food and great service. This time however the member of staff was very rude and arrogant. He took down one of the burgers incorrectly then proceeded to keep denying it despite me knowing that we definitely didn't order 3 of the same burger. The simple thing to do instead of arguing with the customer would have been to either change the burger or just change the toppings.

The brother next to him said they'll sort it out so I handed the burger back to the server who can't take down an order correctly. He took the burger back with a slapped look on his face. Called me back 2 minutes later and said it was done for him to have removed the turkey bacon and not add in the salsa. So I initially paid for a more expensive burger due to him incorrectly taking the order, to ask them to change it to a cheaper burger without asking for a refund of the difference, and the only thing he did was remove the turkey bacon and not even add the main ingredient of the burger that we'd originally ordered.

Was initially going to flag up in the restaurant but seeing the level of service they'd already provided, figured out very quickly that they wouldn't care and I had better things to do than argue with a miserable server who would clearly rather be doing anything else with his time. Will be spending my money elsewhere from now on and recommending others to do the same. The worst thing was that the burgers weren't anywhere near as good as the first time. Chips and wings were still solid.

Disappointing to see service like this from fellow Pakistanis. Should be breaking negative stereotypes and not enforcing them. If the larger brother is the boss then I'd recommend giving his staff a training session on customer service cos whilst his service was reasonable the other staff member...

I made my way over to Big boys kitchen last week after a long wait and looking at the mouth water videos of what they have to offer, as cliche as it sounds, I was not disappointed. I went over there with my son and we ordered 2 philly cheese steaks, 1 mac and cheese, 1 portion of buffalo wings and 2 oreo shakes.

The wings were fried which were a combination of flats and drums or niblets as some people call them. Coated in a tangy and addictive buffalo flavour, not too spicy and falling off the bone.

The mac n cheese, I opted for the standard but it still had some kind of spicy flavour. I love mac n cheese and I think I would have liked if they provide more options like, bread crumbs. chives or jalapeños on top. Nonetheless, I polished my portion off and the level of cheese to mac ratio was on point

The phillys, this was interesting. There was the usual steak, cheese, peppers and onions but the meat had a really pleasant flavour to it which I was not expecting and definitely made this a unique item to big boys. The bread was not too dense and held together well enough for me to devour the sub. It's worth the price and the portion is quite healthy so make sure you bring your appetite as well as your wallet 😉

The oreo shakes were an awesome way to finish off the fantastic meal. I would highly recommend Big boys as a place to either grab a takeaway or dine in with friends or family. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere inside was pleasant, the restaurant looks modern with a good vibe and I would definitely return to try more items...
