McDonald's — Restaurant in Slough

Fuming with this McDonald's and just eat. I ordered lunch from there on Friday afternoon, after waiting an hour I got in touch with just eat to see where my order is. McDonald's said that they had already delivered my food but this was not the case. The driver took his tracker off in cippenham lane and therefore I couldn't understand why or see him on the map. The just eat assistant was no help at all just said that McDonald's have said it was delivered and that was that. I took my case up with their investigations team and have now been refunded for my order. This is not acceptable and on the rare occasion that these things do happen, I think they should train their staff to be more help and resolve the issue quicker as this was in no way my fault. Staff lazy and very uninterested one woman asked to be served at the desk 3 times to one guy who was stood doing nothing he finally decided to serve her, I waited 22 minutes for 2 burgers and fries, I saw a staff member get asked to clean a table and the staff member was bickering with his mate about who’s doing to which neither did. Staff look lost and don’t even look at you The manager there took an obscene amount of time to build one customers tray.. my burger wasn’t even in my bun and every table dirty even when there was more staff than customers. Sorry but it’s honestly the worst Macdonald ever and head office need to look at this branch in detail. It’s scary...

Tonight at 4.07 I order for delivery no lie my food came at 5.48 stone cold I couldn’t believe it so here story I thought to myself why is this food taking so long phoned and the delivery man told me there is a queue ok so my kids are getting hungry so I send a friend out to get me the same order next min he turns up with the food so how can it be cold if you was at the McDonald’s in the queue should be hot stone cold it was I couldn’t believe the bad service at least McDonald’s down the road food was nice and hot had wasted my money on two meals because my order took so bloody long bad just bad never again to make the best of it I lived near it to lol and it...
