The Long Barn — Restaurant in Slough

The Long Barn in Cippenham is a little hidden gem. The pub is very welcoming, with it’s beautiful decor. The people there are very friendly also. The staff are awesome and will fulfill your needs whether it’s big or small.

I’ve not long had my birthday there and it was amazing. Emma and Houssein gave me the freedom to decorate the pub how I wanted it and the night was perfect. Couldn’t ask for more.

The place is coming up with many events and trying to bring the community together. I’ve attended a few events and I really enjoyed myself here. Always a good laugh and plus meeting new different people from many backgrounds is great.

This place is very lucky to have a multicultural pub where you can learn from many people there. Overall this place is fantastic.

Had our wedding reception booked with them for over a year, only to be called 2 days before the big day by the manager, telling us the owner came and closed the whole establishment! We had our money returned but 2 days before our wedding is actually disgusting behaviour. The staff were amazing and can’t fault them, but whoever came and closed it down, only to then post on their Facebook that they were only “temporarily closed and will open again soon”, needs to contact us and explain why they did that to us! They have now since blocked me on Facebook for asking why they closed down 2 days before our big day and left us in silence! No consideration was given, no follow up communication, just silence. Beyond angry and disappointed that we could not have the reception I had been planning for...

In June I have booked my 30th birthday for the 26th April 2025 and paid £150 to the deposit i contacted the long barn to speak about the booking details and they informed me due to new management they cancelled all the parties for next year and didn't bother to contact me that they had to cancel it and now we have to get the money back that we are entitled to the reason I booked this place is because my uncle had his 60th back in 2022 and they had great service and I feel it has been a let down due to them stealing it do not book this place for a party it...
