This review is more about the breakfast buffet served on Sat and Sun. mornings. When going for the Breakfast buffet option on weekends as soon as you enter, you are reminded of a few things. a) Pay on arrival even before you are seated at a table. b) No Card payments accepted for Buffets, only Cash payments (I wonder why ... and the staff do not explain it clearly). c) For Kids to eat-in at the buffet the charge is slightly less than Adult price, but the surprise is that even Kids aged 1 yr old are charged at that same rate. An A4 sized note next to the cluttered payment-counter declares the last two points in bold. Now I went with a friend for a Buffet and we were quite happy with the limited spread, the food-preparation and the fact you can go for repeat helpings. With Hot Tea and Coffee available to pour. Since we were not accompanied by any kids we think the amount per head (8.99£) was quite price-worthy. Yet I do feel that families with kids as young as 1 to 3 yr olds are unreasonably being charged the kids-prices, as kids that age barely eat much. If anything, the management may look at increasing the Adult Buffet cost by a few Pounds or so, and make Kids-eating free with each accompanying adult. Also, later we found the restaurant happily take Card payments for any Takeaways ordered even if your buffet was paid-by-cash. Food wise there were mini Uthapams, Soft Idlees, Mini-Vadaas, Sambhar, Poori-chholey, Halwaa (Kesar) and Khhichri on the day we visited. You may also order a Dosa as part of the buffet, and this made and served directly from the kitchen (and not the Buffet table). Am unsure if the buffet items remain same or differ each weekend.

Ordered bhelpuri which was very viscous, taste was not good, charged me 5.99 pounds per plate, not worth the price. Ordered Gujiya sweet 500gms for 7.50 pounds, it was not fresh, was hard to bite, seems to be a old stock. While paying the bill they suggested me to try sweet pan, charged me 1.99 pounds per pan, i tried it and again got disappointed it was not fresh, did not taste good and not worth the price. On a positive note, chilli mushroom, mini idly and pani puri ordered was good. Though price is expensive it was good, i do not mind paying for the good ones. Im frustrated when i do not get the quality and taste for what i pay for. I would like to give this feedback to hotel management, please ensure to provide fresh and quality food to the customers, who expect it when they pay for such expensive food.

My sister and I decided to try out this vegetarian restaurant in Langley as she's pescatarian. It's next to a kebab shop so I was in two minds 😁. We are glad we did. The atmosphere and food coming out of the kitchen was incredible. We were seated by the lovely Clena right away and given a menu. The restaurant had only opened since October 2023 but already it was full of customers non stop. The food we ordered was Chloe Bhatura and Paneer Tikka Masala which was mind-blowing. The speed of the chefs was perfect. The food was coming out quicker than the servers could even deliver it. Great credit to Clena, great food and will definitely be back with more family members in the future.

I recently visited Sangeetha Vegetarian Restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and true to the classic vegetarian dining vibe that Sangeetha is known for.

I tried a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded my expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and freshness. The Choley Bhatura was absolutely delicious — the bhaturas were fluffy, light, and perfectly fried, while the choley had the right balance of spices and richness. It reminded me of authentic North Indian flavors done right.

Next, I had the Cheese Masala Dosa, which was an absolute treat. The dosa was crisp on the outside yet soft inside, generously filled with flavorful masala and gooey melted cheese that added a unique twist. It was both indulgent and comforting, easily one of the highlights of my meal.

The Paratha with Kuruma was another winner. The parathas were soft, layered well, and paired beautifully with the rich and aromatic kuruma. The combination was filling and satisfying, showcasing how Sangeetha elevates even simple dishes with authentic taste.

To top it off, I tried the Paneer 65 — crispy, spicy, and bursting with flavor. The paneer was soft inside with a perfect crunchy coating, making it the ideal starter to share or enjoy on its own.

Overall, the food quality, portion size, and service were excellent. The staff was attentive and ensured everything arrived hot and fresh. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into preparing each dish, and the consistency in taste is commendable.

If you are looking for authentic, flavorful vegetarian food with a wide variety to choose from, Sangeetha Vegetarian Restaurant is definitely a must-visit. I will surely be coming back to explore more...

EDIT June 2023

This restaurant embodies Greedflation so I’ve taken out 3 stars! Here’s what they’ve done - portion sizes reduced (dosas are thinner, 50% less masala, smaller bowls for sambar and chutneys etc.), prices have more than doubled. To make matters worse, quality has become also hit and miss.

Bill for 4 people was over £60 and that was for just 4 dosas, 3 sides and 3 drinks! Service isn’t half as good as it used to be either. In the past, this used to be enough to feed all of us and barely cost £40. This time, we were still hungry but had to stop ourselves from ordering more as we’d spent too much. For a place like Sangeetha that used to be value for money with filling and tasty food, this is ridiculous!

All in all, place to be avoided - shame given only 6 months ago it was one of our regular eat out joints. Not going back until they stop ripping off their customers!

Dec 2022 Their branch in Hounslow West is already amazing and this one turned out to be even better than that! Authentic and delicious food - amazing rasam and sambhar, soft and yummy idli and brilliant vada and dosa!

Everything is brand new and had a very fresh feel. Ambience is quite nice but the restaurant being quite compact feels a bit congested with the tables nestled quite closely together. However, even during peak Friday evening, we barely waited 5 minutes to get a table. Service was very friendly, quick and efficient.

Really pleased to have our own Sangeetha...
