Greggs — Restaurant in South Derbyshire

Use this Greggs most mornings while working in this area along the A50, it's so handy to pop in for a coffee and get the breakfast deal still at £2.70, which is good. As I've been driving along the A50 I used to call in the Greggs at Uttoxeter, but there price for the same deal is 70p more. This may not sound much, but over a week it's the equivalent of getting a free breakfast deal every 5th day - which every little helps this day and age with the cost of things. 98% of the time, they've been open at 6am, first thing there's either none or very little customer's waiting to be served and seeing as it's early the staff are usually friendly and pleasant 👍 Keep the good work up guys, your doing a good job and it is appreciated by us customer's who love a bacon 🥓 roll...

Called in 8th Dec afyer daughters theory test. Pleasant friendly lady took our order, lots was due to come out of oven. Was waiting on sausage roll and pepperoni pizza. She went on break ( I presume?) Young lad called Elliott took over, wow, he's brilliant, such a natural, very efficient with great customer service, smilies, happy, checked what everyone was waiting for. A lady, the manager I think, called Erica went over and above to clear up the unprofessionalism of Uber who cancelled my order, as they were on strike! She was very caring and personable, showing exceptional customer service skills. Not only did she rush my order through with a new driver, but she gave me a few extra treats for my bad experience with Uber.
