The open ham sandwich (from the daily, 'specials', it certainly was!!) consisted of one thin slice of buttered bread with a meagre portion of ham, a minute cardboard pot of coleslaw and the same of pickle. All for £8:10p. The sausage sandwich was two thin slices of bread containing two chewy sausages which wouldn't have made it into the savers section in the local supermarket. The coffee and soft drinks are of high quality as were the full English breakfasts which we devoured. The place is very clean and all the staff were friendly and looked like they wanted to be there, unlike other establishments. The food wasn’t greasy either and was piping hot.
